I'm Here

Life has been a bit hectic lately. I have stayed around the 175lb. mark and am improving myself in other areas now. I had Lasik surgery in October and really enjoy not having glasses. I have also joined the YMCA with Tommy and we go about 3 times a week. I haven't been losing, but I am definitely toning up. I'm going to my company Christmas Party on Sunday and would you believe I'm in a Junior Medium pants (was 22), a size 20 shirt (was 30/32), and 40DD bra (was 48DDD). I'm loving the new me. Hey Stacy, Your looking great sweetie, I am so proud of you. You and Tommy are doing so wonderful. I miss chatting with you. We have to make plans to get together after the holidays. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year. I thank you for the compliment, I am at a standstill right now, lost 106lbs so far. Went from a (30-32) (5-6x) to a (18-20) (xl). I am so excited, have not seen that size since I was in highschool 25 years ago. I am very proud, but also frustrated that I am stuck now. I want to lose at least another 30lbs or so. I want to get under 200 before the end of the year, but its been like 3 months and I am up and down like a yoyo. Anyway, I am so glad your doing well, miss you lots. Hi Stacy, You look wonderful, Great Job. I too have slowed down in the weight loss but have toned up quite a bit. I will my doctor(Dr Nazdam) next monday to see how he feels about my progress. Keep up the great work, Be well, Julio

Hi Stacey Your new picture is WONDERFUL. It sounds like you have made so many positive changes - I'm very proud of you! My weight loss has pretty much stopped as of now. I'm fine with it - I just keep plugging along with my exercise and TRY to eat right. I struggle, heck, it wasn't brain surgery, but I'm good a big chunk of the time. ;) Love, Tammy 272/167
