Good Morning Everybody, No runnig for me today since I will see my chiropractic to strength my tighten hamstring muscle from jogging but I will probably to use treadmill for walking after my doctor s permission. I will use upper body to weight lift for 30 min tonight and give my legs rest! B-mozz stick cheese and broiled egg S Nectar ice tea protein drink and hand full of Almonds Load of water L Tuna salad with cherry tomatoes S Nectar ice tea protein and load of water D Egg plant with chicken tops S Simple smart milk and apple with peanut butter top Have a great day! Hi Kathy, Hope you heal up soon! Just don't ru****! B poached egg with two whites. My dog got the other yolk. S Cheese stick L Cup of chicken broth with six medium shrimp and green onion. S protien bar D Turkey hot dog, no bun. Small salad Decaf coffee and greet tea all day to keep warm. Went to gym yesterday so it's nordic track tonight. Take care everyone and bundle up if your going out tonight, Gonna get VERY cold!!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr Julio
