Food and Excersie Log
Hi folks! Hope everyone is doing ok,
B 1/2 cup kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
L 3oz's grilled chicken with a few green beans
S Protien shake after workout
D 3oz meatball with a little parmasan cheese sprinkled on it, small green salad
Went to gym after work, got in a full workout. Had my protien shake after workout, best time for rebuilding muscle tissue. Came home and made meatballs and sauce. The rest of the family had grinders. Had a small piece of bread, Molly( My Beagle) helped me finish my meatball, LOL.
Am stuffed, ate too fast. Gotta watch that. Makes you very uncomfortable. Aside from that just getting ready for Christmas. Hope you all have a great evening! Take Care,

Hey Julio,
Doing okay today, we are so busy at work, with our holiday sponsoring for families in need. I run this program to get food baskets and gifts for the children every year in the town.
Its a very rewarding job. Did my usual walking today, too cold to go outside, did it inside.
B: Atkins Protein Shake

S: protein bar
some drinkable yogurt
D: chicken
peas
S: cheese
Lots of propel water today. Some coffee with splenda in the morning. Not alot of exercise, too tired when I get home. Have a busy couple of weeks til after the holidays between work events and home stuff.
