Hi Towanda, I picked up some chewable vitamins at CVS. They have alot of what we need but I still have to take my b-12 along with it as most multi vitamins don't have the 500 mcg that my doctor told me I should be taking. How much B-12 do those vitamins have? Tried to read the label on the website but couldn't get it to work. Take care, Julio
