Hi Everybody
I will go on jogging 4 miles with my dog after work today then will take my daughter to Jazz class tonight and will pack her things for her camping from her brownies troop for this weekend.
B- instant oatmeal (lower Sugar)
S smoked almonds , profect protein and laod of water
L- left over from dinner last night shrimps, lobster AND ONIONS
s NECTAR protien and load of water
D chef salad
S Simple smart milk and some almonds

Hey Everyone,
Sorry I have not logged in for a while its been so nuts at work with all the events we have going on for the holidays. My holiday projects are very busy with distributing baskets for Thanksgiving and now I have to get ready for Christmas and we do so much for our families in need and their children. Its so rewarding to me.
Anyway I hope everyone is doing great, its getting cold again. Looks like snow this weekend. Uh, oh. Here we go winter is here. I saw some flakes today at work. But was not anything big.

D: burrito, 1/3 piece with veggies and chicken
(went to new restaurant Cancun Charlies in Milford)
S: none
Drank alot of coffee today and of course my propels. Did my walking around the track this morning at work, then did some at lunch too. No exercise tonight, too tired, very long day at work.
