Hi Folks! Hope everyone is well. B poached egg on rye toast L cup of Progresso vegtable soup S protien shake D 3oz's grilled chicken with mixed veggies Great workout, feeling good after hitting the gym. Working on losing my batwings. Still drinking lots of green tea . Weight keeps going up and down a few pounds, but sizes still shrinking so I am a happy camper. Lots of you are MIA on the food log. Be nice to see everybody back to help each other thru this season of food temptations. Take care folks! Julio

B - Coffee S - Oatmeal (low sugar) L - Lettuce w/ cheese and chilli wendys D - Chicken w/ cabbage S - Sugar Free Pudding Trying to make it to the gym tonight, as soon as I finish homework... Trying to do low carb until Dec 23rd... Then eating rice and beans on the 24th and low carb it is again.... It will be 1 year on Jan 3rd. Still trying to lose 20 pounds.

Julio, Nice new picture!! Lookin' great, keep up the good work! I would participate but I am pre op and don't have anything to add to the food log at this point. Hopefully some time in March (I have an insurance mandated 3 month, diet, excercise and counseling wait period), I will be participating! Nancy K

Hi Julio!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great new pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B- 1/2 fried egg (w/ veggie spray of course) 1 slice of melted cheese and ham L 1/2 c cream of broc soup Dinner 1/2 stuffed chix breast......went down very well.was so happy!! snack- Attain Mochachinnio protein drink takes me about 1/2 hour to eat each meal!!! I drank tea and water....NEED to drink more of it though.... I love these food posts.........helps me to see what everyone can eat and gives me ideas!!!! Bethany 266/248/140?

Bethany, Remember, you're not out a month yet, so you have to be kind to your pouch and not overdo it and stretch it too early. Are you cleared for solid foods already?? At two weeks out, I was still doing pureed foods..Every doctor is different. Keep it simple for a bit and then progress to more hearty food...ok? Wouldn't want to hear that you've had problems. Paula

Hi Paula, Thanks so much for your concern!!! This site is so great!!! I chew all my food until I can squeeze it through my teeth......hahaha gross huh? But I chew everything until its basically liquid............. Bethany

Well, I can add mine but not very eventful. 12 oz. Propel B 8 oz Matrix protien shake 12 oz. Propel L getting ready for another 8 oz tastey protien shake 12 oz propel D you guessed it another 8oz protien shake.
