J's Food Log / K's Exercise log Tuesday
Good morning Gangs!
My back thighs are very sore from running with my trainer yesterday. I made 4.6 miles very close for 5 miles for an hour . Next time I might to reach 5 miles an hour and will be more speedy in jogging. I will do upper weight lift during my lunch time at work.
Tonight My husband and I will go to home depot to take care of stuffs for our new kitchen.
B- instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S Smoked almonds, protien ice tea and load of water
L half rye tuna sandwiches with some cherry tomatoes
S Nectar protien and load of water
D left over cod from yesterday with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water maybe sf possicle

B poaced egg on slice of rye toast
S Cheese stick
L Cup of tomato soup
S protien shake
D Have a turkey meat loaf in the oven. sweet potato green beans for sides.
Lots of hot green tea and water. Went to gyjm ysterday so nordic track tonight. Everyone have a great nite.
