Hi Everybody
Sorry I have not been on line for a while but I am back!!
B- instant oatmeal ( lower sugar)
S smoked almonds with nectar protein drink plus load of water
L Tuna salad with tomatoes
S Rocking Roll nutty peanut protein bar YUMMY 21 G protein
S Will go out for dinner with friends
weight lift at gym during my lunch time for 30 min
Will jogging tomorrow for 4 miles with my dog
Have a good day!

Hi Kathy, Nice to see you back!
B 3oz's bran flakes with 1/2 cup skim milk
S Cheese Stick
L 3 oz's grilled pork in 1/2 cup chicken broth with a little green onion and black olives
S Protien Shake ( 50 grams of protien )
D Baked Chicken with a small serving of green beans
Did yard work when I got home so will count that as my workout tonight. Hit the big "50" today, So will take it easy the rest of the night. Us "old timers" have to pace ourselves. Have a great evening all

D: Hot and beans
S: none
Crystal light orange drink, a cup of tea and some propel waters today. Too cold to go walking. Will do my exercise tape tonight with Erin.
