Hi Joanie, You guys started it so you both deserve to have it named after you. We are all getting into the "Busy Season" with Thanksgiving around the corner and The holidays just after that.
B 3oz's eggplant parm, no bread
S Granola bar
L 4oz's Progresso Ministrone soup
S protien shake
D Grilled chicken breast,(3oz's), and small salad
Raked the yard when I got home from work. Will take My Beagle for a walk after supper. Have a good day all.

Yes you do both deserve to have your name's on this, you both started this and created a great thing for us all to do for each other. When your busy or away, one of us is always willing to help.

I don't know what possessed me to try to eat that, I should of known better, I have been slacking alittle with trying things I shouldn't. Well back to the drawing board with my discipline. I am so grateful I have come this far and I don't want to screw it all up, just been feeling alittle down this week with not losing these past couple of months. I need to get out of this funk I am in.
Really tired tonight, no exercise. Had a very stressful day at work and I am going to bed early tonight, I am so tired and have a rip roaring headache too.
I hope everyone is having a better day than me, I love you all and I know I will get past this. Thanks for listening as always.
