Lots of crystal light and propel waters as always. I am going to try to do more exercise this weekend. I did alot of walking all day yesterday and last night.

Okay, so it's a little late for the food log, but it was such a beeeeyouteeful day! I managed to clean the garage out enough to fit my car into it with not much room for much else, but still a huge accomplishment. I took the girls out earlier today for holiday photos. Okay... anyone want to lose a couple of pounds? Try keeping a couple of super active toddlers in rein while waiting for the large group ahead of you to finish up their photo shoot. I was exhausted after this endeavor, but we managed to get a couple of great shots of the girls for our holiday cards.
So here is what I ate.
B- apple slices w/honey roasted peanuts and low carb vanilla yogurt
L - McDonalds cheeseburger (okay I will take a flogging for this -- it was terrible!)
s - Lg coconut coffee from dunkin donuts yum yum
D - Homemade turkey chowder loaded with veggies. Pita chips w/hummous
s - sf popcicles and a glass of merlot for desperate housewives viewing
