Okay I am getting worried, where is Kathy K and Joanie M???? I hope you both are ok, its been awhile since you girls have posted. Drop me a line and let me know your both okay. Love ya B: Atkins Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: Cup New England Clam Chowder Ceasar Salad (small) D: Leftover salad from last night (Chef) S: none Lots of no sugar ice tea and of course propels. Doing alot of my walking today on my day off. Its very windy and cold but gorgeous outside. Everyone is doing leaves, leaves, leaves today. Lots of bags being filled by all my neighbors. We will have some serious catching up to do once Tom gets home from work. Went shopping today with my daugther, my mom and my niece. Went to Kohls and then to lunch at Chilis.
