Good Afternoon Everyone,
Its a cold one outside today. Looks like rain.
Hope everyone is keeping warm. Its been a crazy week here due to the elections. We have a new boss now in Orange, big upset at Town Hall. Oh well, I just hope I still have a job. Does not matter to me as long as the candidate is good to his employees.
Anyway tonight have a field trip with Erin to the Yale Observatory. This weekend is quiet for once in my life, will probably catch up on cleaning.

Lots of Snapple Diet Icetea and propel today. Went walking this morning before work and at lunchtime. Will do alot of walking and exercise this weekend with Erin. Love doing the dance extreme game, great aerobic exercise and fun too.

pre-op but practicing...
I have been not so good, and only put back on 2 lbs. I cant believe it. It have had so much stress I cant believe I didnt put back on 10lbs.
My mom has been in the hospital for like 2 wks - I am buying a house - and have my consult booked to get my surgery date too.
FHEW! And dont we know....how did I make myself feel better..... yup....FOOD.
OK today....
B - Bagel w/ light cream cheese
L - Tuna sandwich w/ LF mayo and Light Wheat Bread
S - SF Vanilla pudding
D - Depends on how I feel. Maybe a dozen chocolate bars.
B - Coffee - Eggs w/ bacon
L - Piece of Chicken
S - Coffee
D - Piece of Chicken
S - Sugar Free Pudding
I finally signed up my son to the gym and yesterday and today we went together. We plan to go Mon - Thurs... He actually likes it, lets see for how long since he is only 10... We did 20 min on treadmill and 10 min on the bike and some stomach crunches... Need to get these 20 pounds off!!!!
Hey Eveyone - hope all is well with everyone - Been busy at work and exhausted when I get home - hence me being MIA.
I am at 93 pounds and feeling pretty good. I dumped yesterday - but it was a mistake I made and will never do again! I think this was the third time I did that.

S: 100 calorie snack pack from nabisco
S: 10 oz lemonade nectar
D: 3 oz chix with sugar snap peas
S: 8 oz milk
