What the heck happened?
HI all
I am back from Florida and I see no postings for the food/exercise log. Lets get this going today. I went to Florida from Thurs to Monday and I went back to basics. I did not eat in between meals--and had protein bars for two skipped lunches (had late bkfsts). My friend is a walker..always has been...(she weighs about 100 lbs--she tries to gain weight!) We walked 3 miles every morning...and did a lot of walking during the day. I lost 5 lbs on vacation. I ate most of my meals out...did protein first...salads and almost no carbs. Yup..this tool works..when you stick to it!

D-steak/salad
I am going to walk in the dark..and cold after supper...or do a 2 mile Leslie Sansone video.

Lots of Diet Snapple today Raspberry Ice Tea, and of course my usual Propel waters. Did my walking this morning and at lunch. Tonight is my night to do dance extreme game with my daughter. Its great exercise and so much fun. Its a playstation 2 game and its like your doing aerobics.
