PROTEIN SPARING DIET

Hi everyone, Just a quick note to say I've finished my protein sparing diet (UGH) and my ketosis & test past with flying colors--- YIPPEE. Also lost 16 pound since seeing Debbie at Dr. Valin's on 9/23/05. Hope everyone has a great week-end... Rain
