Looking for a workout buddy in Southeastern CT

Hey Im Shannon.  I live in CT and I'm getting banded on APril 21st.  Afterwards I'll be looking for a workout buddy somewhat close to where I live.  Any takers?

I would take you up on that if you were in the middletown area, I have been needing someone to kick my ass into doing some more and been looking to get out some more with spring (someday) coming.

Where in southeastern CT do you live? I also live in southeastern CT.
I was banded on 12/16/08 also by Dr. Ehrlich. The whole experience was wonderful. Drs/nurses/hospital... etc were great. He has also banded my husband (the same day as me) and my daughter (08/08/08). We are all doing great. I don't get to the gym as often as i'd like, but when the weather gets warmer I'll be walking more near the shore.

I do not know where in SouthEastern  you live but I go to Gabrieles Karate Kickbox  class in Waterford, ct three times a week and go SUBASE MWR building 169 in Groton,ct. where I am working there five times a week for 30 min cardio.
