Good Morning Everybody
It is almost Friday!!!
I had great workout yesterday with my trainer, Glo. My trainer said I am getting stronger with running Endurance and speed
I bought a nice pair of sneaker called Oasics. I really like this kind of sneakers and it helped me feel great during running with that sneakers! Today I will do upper weight during my lunch hour at work. Hope you did workout for 30 min yesterday so you will feel great after exercise.
B- melt cheese with one slice of toasted rye
S Morning start bar and propect protein drink and load of fluids
L Tuna salad
S Handful of cashews and nectar protien drink and WATER WATER
D undecided yet
S Simple smart milk and load of water

Morning Kathy,
Glad to hear that your workout was a good one yesterday. I have had to work overtime at work a lot this week and havent had much time to go out and use my poles. Planning on doing my Yoga tape tonight and hopefully a twilight walk with the nordic poles.
