Hi Everybody,
Sorry I was so busy this few days ago this week..... I will meet my trainer Glo today after work to work on my jogging skills for 4 miles and is looking for Nordic Walking this SAturday since there are more WLS people in our class which is Great
B- instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S Mozz stick and load of fluids
L chicken with salsa and mozz cheese
S Handful of cashews and drink profect protein drink
D Cod with green beans
S Nectar protein drink and load of water

B scrambled egg with slice of rye toast
S Cheese stick
L 3oz's crilled pork with 3 tablespoons of baby peas
S slice of deli ham
D 3oz's grilled chicken with small salad.
Did a number on my back over the weekend,so am just coasting as far as excersize this week. Just a bit of walking and excersize bike. Stinks getting old, LOL
