I've lost 90lbs...

I've lost 90 pounds since Feb. I have gone from a size 30/32 down to 18/20 some x-large in regular stores. I get a little discouraged sometimes but I look at all I have accomplished so far. I will be going in for another back surgery in the next couple of months hope to be able to get back to excercising like I should. I know that should help me get more weight off. I lose inches first then pounds and the inches are still coming off. Everyone keep up the good work.

Hi Dena, Congrats! That is fantastic that you've lost 90 pounds! Try not to get discouraged, this is a huge amount and you should be very proud of yourself, especially since doing it through back pain as well. I wish you best of luck with your next surgery. Paula
