Good Morning Everybody, Finally Today is FRIDAY I am looking forward to go Nordic Walking class tomorrow with Terri and other Gals too! I had a great conversation with Dr Borkowski. He is so nice and very honest about pro and con about Tummy Tuck and Breast lift Believe me, I asked him tons of questions and he laughed because Dr Aranow warned him about me that I have very good questions to ask and had prepare paperworks ( pictures of my rashes, papers from my four other doctors to document about my lower back , C-sec, and lower back . Also I wrote a long letter to insurance myself ) Dr Borkowski said I have very good muscle from my abdomen after he tested my stomach. The last part that I hate is Dr Borkowski takes photographic of my sotmach and breasts for insurance and himself to project my body on his computer. Now... He will summit paperworks to my insurance company .... to see what they approve for Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center in Dr Borkowski's office.... If my insurance approved for Hospital then Dr Borkowski will do both tummy tuck and breast lift at hospital and will stay hospital for two days.... If my insurance approved for Ambulatory Surgery Center then Dr Borkowski will do Tummy tuck only then in three weeks later I will come back for breast lift . He said it will be more painful than gastric bypass surgery because of longer scar for Tummy tuck. I am preparing to deal this pain since I am very good to deal my pain management Go ask my angel Lisa C. and my hubby too! WINK! Dr Borkowski said it will take up to 8 weeks to find out if insurance approved . It looks like I will have this surgery in Feb 2006. I will stay home for 4 weeks for recover. He also said to me No running little over 2 months until he approved. I can walk on treadmill to keep my exercise up until Dr Borkowski approved for running! I will be very busy this weekend... go shopping then Halloween party at my hubby's family then will pant second coat in my new kitchen walls then Go treat and trick with my kids on Halloween day on warm weather!!! Don't forget to turn one hour back on SAturday and get an extra one hour sleep WINK! Have a good weekend! B- instant oatmeal (lower sugar) S Nectar protein drink and handful of cashews L eggplant with mozz top S Simple smart milk and load of fluid D have not decide yet S nectar protein and simple smart milk Will do upper weight lift during my work lunch hour Kathy K

Hi Kathy I have not even looked into a tummy tuck yet..because I want to lose more weight! Good Luck to you... I have been MIA this week because of a toothache...I finally saw the dentist yesterday and he pulled it and I am on antibiotics. Feeling pretty good today. I walked 4 miles yesterday and 2 miles the day before. I had two consecutive days (M and T) with NO exercise...that is rare for me..and the guilt really set in! B-rye toast w/melted cheese S-cottage cheese L-tuna salad/apple S-protein bar D-no kids!! Out for quick dinner with my DH! Enjoy your weekend. XO Joanie
