Mini Goal!

Mini goal! I am six months out and have lost 124lbs. But what is important about that I weigh 224lbs. The only weight that I remember from middle school was being 225 lbs. So at this point I am the smallest I have ever been since puberty. Amazing! p.s. I put a new pic of me in my profile. I don't know how long it will be before it shows up as my avatar.

What an accomplishment! BRAVO! I have noticed how so many folks remember their teen weights and after surgery finally can get below and continue to lose. That "mini" goal as you refer to it??? IS MAJOR in my estimation! Wow! Towanda
