Good Morning Everybody
I hate Mondays!! I am still sleepy this morning... I will meet my trainer for jogging for 4 miles today. Here is my food log
B lower sugar instant oatmeal
S Nectar protein drink and load of water
L steaks with small salad
S handful of almonds and load of water
D grilled shrimps with small salad
S Simple smart milk and load of water
Have a good workout!

Hi all
Yesterday I did my 3 mile walk AND did some clean up raking in my front yard. Have to tell you-I never did much outside labor--this was something new for me. I actually enjooyed the time outside working with my husband! Go figure! My arms are killing me this morning from the raking...and you can hardly tell where we cleaned after more leaves fell last night...oh well
B-rye toast w/ melted cheese
S-protein drink
L-roast beef and cheese roll ups w/lettuce
S-protein bar
D-homemade chicken noodle soup..heavy on the chicken!
S-SF ice cream bar

Hey all,
Bad day for me today. I was so hungry today and don't know why. I ended up eating carbs too much. I am so upset with myself.
B: Achiev Coffee Drink and some fruit nut bread at work
S: Cup of tea with splenda
L: remainder of a chef salad and some progresso italian wedding soup
S: none
D: lean cuisine french bread pizza
S: none
I don't know whats wrong with me, I usually am so good. I guess the stress of today at work got to me and I slipped. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
Lots of crystal light and propel drinks today. No exercise, too tired long day at work.
