Just Obese Now
Well, weighted in this morning at 275. Am just Obese now with a BMI of 39.4. Walked into Dr. Nazdam's office with a BMI of 58.3. Weight loss is moving alot slower than the earlier months but after a stall is moving in the right direction. Now that fall is upon us can feel that it's going to be alot colder for me. Losing that weight really makes you feel colder. Still worth the "Journey" no regrets. Will keep a "Chubby" coat so I can layer the warm clothes for the winter months. Take Care,
Julio

Good for you Julio!
Keep up the great work! Every forward step we make is such a terrific feeling!
I can relate to being cold....even while I was heavy...I was ALWAYS cold.
However, for me....there is no way I am wearing a bigger coat....I want to look as small as possible!
Meeting all you wonderful people make the journey worthwhile!
God Bless,
Kelly

Way to go Julio!!!!
That's FANTASTIC!!
I know exactly what you mean about being cold. I am the person taht everybody always marveled at, because I never felt cold.. I did not wear coats, I did not wear pantyhose, even in winter ( and I always wore skirts)...My oldest daughter, when she was twelve, actually thought that heating systems in all houses actually worked in the evening, but automatically turned off during the night,,,,She thought this because we always had the heat on to go to sleep, because my husband could not stand the cold..but once he fell asleep, I usually woke up, turned of the heat, and opened the WINDOW!!!.. no matter how cold...So when we all woke up in the morning it was freezing...Every morning!...And I always use to argua with my poor husband that if I was too hot, I could do nothing to get cool, and if he was too cold , he could always put on another layer or cover himself with an extra blanket...
NOW>>>I am usually freezing, and I am always putting up the heat and I now understand that when your cold, it does not matter how many blankets you use, you are cold to the bone!!! I need sweaters and socks and big fuzzy boots for the winter...
Cold.....
