Jessica, Thanks for that wonderful update. It is great to see the people who are a few years out to share how they stay successful. It is so encouraging also to see that you continued to lose even after 2 years. I am a little over a year out and even though I've reached the doctor's weight goal, I would like to lose about 35 more for my own goal. I have never been this close before and really want to see it happen. Water, eating right and exercise are ways to keep the pouch working for us. Thanks for sharing your keys of success with us and good luck to you as you finish your journey. Size 0? WAHOO!!!! that is so awesome. Congratulations Jessica and Happy Anniversary! Terri

What an inspiration! It hleps to know that three yrs out and maintaining this weight is possible! Congratulations to you. Please give us some insight...to what do you owe your success--in maintaining the weight loss. Exercise? No carbs? What do you think is the most important thing that has helped you? Please share.. I think that for me the key is moderation. At this far out I can almost eat what I want...sorta. Sugar and fats still make me dump so I try to avoid them...but if I am having a craving, I will eat a bit of it. Part of it too is that I don't really get hungry. I think that is because of all the water that I drink, plus my daily protein shake. I tried going without them and I didn't lose a thing. I am way past Dr. Barba's goal for me but I still have 3-4 lbs to get to my 1st goal. Will it happen? I don't know. Am I going to lose sleep over it, NO. I've done more than I ever thought that I would. Jessica
