Hi Gangs Come on ! Join to post your food/exercise log on this board! This is one of my tools to help me stick with my food plan and exercise plan too! Pretty soon the winter will be here soon! I am still using my treadmill and exercise ball to use it for winter time but my trainer told me that we will jogging outside in the winter time!!! I never had an experience that before but I will let you know what it like to jogging in the winter time! I have to take my dog to the vet after work today becuase her left eye looks like an infection and want the vet dr to take look at her eye . I will jogging after work for 3 or 4 miles with my dog. Yeah my dog have to go on exercise and it will be good for her heart and mine too! B low carb slim fast protein drink (was rush this morning) S Nectar protein drink and handful of cashews L rolls of ham and some ceddar cheese and some grapes S Bannana and load of water D meatloaf with green beans S Simple smart milk and nectar protein drink No snack! Ok, I'm posting today. I have been doing terrible with exercise, it was so much easier in the summer. But at least I can post my eating. Maybe it will help me stay accountable. B - half a pack of weight control oatmeal L - small salad (tuna, beans, cheese) D - tuna casserole (tuna, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cheese) I am just this side of dehydration, my water intake has been hovering around 30 oz a day. So today, I am guzzling as much water as I can handle. Its a low goal but I want to reach at least 40 oz today.

Hi Christine Thank you for posting today! Go for it to reach 40 oz a day!! Ib know iti s not easy but practice to have habit drink fluid and it will getting better each day! I drink between 90 to 120 oz per day. I loaded water before I eat breakfast or lunch or dinner then wait an hour later then load again . Using Nectar protein full me up and of course trips to bathroom Have a good day! Kathy K

Good Morning everyone, Its a gorgeous sunny day today. Thank god no more rain. I hope everyone is doing well today. I have been getting bored with my food, not sure what to do lately, need some new ideas. I am stuck in that area again on the scale, I can not get out of the 220s, its been a month and a half now and I am going out of my mind. I know I should not do that but I want to get out of the 200s before the holidays, my year anniversary is in December and I was hoping to be down in the 190s by then. B: Coffee with splenda S: protein bar (Pria) L: Progresso Soup (Italian wedding) small amount S: propel water D: not sure probably leftover meatloaf with veggie S: not sure yet Lots of my usual water, will be doing my walking today and tonight. Probably going to do the Playstation dance game with my daughter Erin, its fun and good exercise too. Hugs KimC

Morning All! I have been super busy still at work but my attorney is out for three days so now I can catch up!!! B: South Beach Cereal Bar L: Salad S: I didn't bring an Isopure with me today D: One piece of chicken and pesto pizza S: 8oz Simply Smart milk. I am winterizing my apartment tonight - wrapping windows, cleaning vents and taking out air conditioners so that will be my exercise as I will be moving around!! Any bit counts! Thank you for remind me.. I have to buy plastic cover for some old windows for winter coming! Thank you for your time to type your food/exercise log today! Good for you to keep your exercise for walking. I will go back for Walk for Obesity next year! Pray for not raining this sunday or you will end experience to walk in the rain just like me jogging in the rain !!! LOL Hugs Kathy K

(pre-op & practicing) B - 1C. Life Cereal w/ skim milk S - LF Granola Bar L - Shrimp & rice bowl D - Chicken Chili (LF) S - Isopure (??) Have not been to the gym yesterday and cant go today. I am house shopping, (uugghh) and have appts tonight w/ realtor.
