Hi all, Can I get some ideas as to where I can find the best deal for the Beneprotein and sublingual B12 and calcium citrate w/ D. I am getting dizzy looking at all the different vitamins sites. I know that if anyone knows the best source of these products it will be one of you!! Thanks, Colleen

HI Colleen I got B-12 at GNC store. I got calcium citrate with D at Walmart or stop shop or CVS. I HATE Beneprotein and like unflavor unjury better than Beneprotein. look up www.unjury.com Also I love profect and put more water in it. it is 3 oz 25 protein order through this www.profect.com Yes it is little expensive but it is worth to have alot of protein for 3 oz ! Let me know when your surgery date then we all are ROOTING for you Hugs Kathy k

Hi Colleen, I buy my my B12 right at Dr Aranow's office. It's a great brand "BariatricAdvantage" and it's only 8 dollars there. Like Kathy, I don't like beneprotein because one scoop is only 6 gms of protein...(You can also buy it from Dr A' office) BUT, I love the unflavored Unjury (www.unjury.com). I've been putting it in everything and getting a huge amount of protein in because of it. It is a bit expensive (but equal to the cost of beneprotein) 20 bucks a tub that's 14 servings...they also have three flavors for protein drinks also. I've gone through a tub a week since surgery! I LOVE the stuff...I put it in everything...I made pudding and put it in, I make bouillion and put it in there, I love it in V8. Vitamins, I use the CVS brand of the Centrum complete chewables and I like them. They are 6 bucks a bottle and I found a buy one get one for a penny, so I got two! They are easy to chew and have more in them than the Flintstone's. Two a day... They are called "Spectrovite CVS Brand" Other things I've been using since surgery is a food scale from Linen's & Things or Bed Bath & Beyond. It was a costly investment, but has paid for itself already. You can measure either fluid or solid and I'm using it for EVERYTHING I put in my mouth...fluids and measuring out my portions. You can "zero balance it" so you can place your empty container on it, zero it out and then add your food and weigh in ozs. You'll want to have Tylenol Rapid Release tabs for after surgery. These are the easiest ones to get down. Don't do the gel caps, they're too big and hard to get down. Calcium Citrate..you don't start taking it until you are in the full food/maintenance food stage 5...I bought Twin Labs Brand chewables from my local (downtown Westerly-Herbwise) health food store. It's Calcium Citrate w/ D Chewables and they were like 12? Dont' remember You will/can buy the one ounce medicine cups at McQuades Grocery Store pharmacy (Westerly) cheap. 100 for 1.99.. Hope this helps! Email with any questions. paula

Hi Colleen, I use liquid B-12 that I get at GNC. They have a sale the first 7 days of every month. Use Viactive chocolate chews for vitamins and buy the CVS brand calcium chocolate chews. Both are delcious and are just little treats to make the day brighter. Take care, Julio
