Good Morning Everybody My legs are sore from jogging yesterday with my trainer but she is very proud of me because my jogging are much better each weekly. She is so excited for me I will use upper for weight lift during my lunch time. B- lower sugar Quaker Instant Oatmeal S handful for BearNaked High Protein and load of water L Chicken with small salad S handful for smoked almonds and load of water D Have not decided S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink WATER Have a good workout ! Planning a walk for tonight..3 miles B-hard boiled egg S-hard boiled egg L-perdue low fat chicken w/salad S-protein bar 1/2 Payday pro D-chicken cordon bleu/salad S-1/2 Payday pro protein bar Water..I have been getting about 36 oz..this is not good..I need to work on this! Joanie

Hello all, Crazy day here at work today, we had no power for two hours due to work in the building. B: Atkins Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: cheese and crackers S: propel Pria Protein Bar D: Not sure yet, probably tuna and salad S: not sure Lots of water and protein today. Feeling still alittle sluggish from being sick all week last week. Getting back into my walking and exercise tapes. Have a great day everyone. Hugs KimC

HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT DAY... B-TEA S-0 L- 1/4 OF A CHICKEN WRAP,TEA S-0 D-1/4 PORK CHOP & SMALL SALAD LOTS OF WATER,WATER AND MORE WATER WORKED OUT WITH MY FRIEND--20mins ON TREADMILL, 25mins ON BIKE AND SOME WEIGHT LIFTING TYPE OF EXERCISES.....I FEEL SO GOOD WORKIN OUT.....IM DOWN 62lbs ALREADY AND BOY DO I FEEL GREAT...

Saw Elina today at Dr A's office - she was very happy to see I have exceeded the 10 lbs required pre-op- I have lost a total of 20 pounds on South Beach - if my insurance didn't specify three months of pre-op prep- I'd be just sitting waiting for approval. Today was a running day- appointments all day PCP -vet with kittens, Elina, and shoe shopping in the middle- DSW in Manchester- got a compliment on my new clogs from Elina too LOL!!! B- Snickers MArathon Low Carb Protein bar L same as above LOL - eaten while driving ....... D- finally made a decent meal, South Beach "mashed potatoes" which is overcooked cauliflower squashed up and a little itsy teeny bit of Sour Cream to make them mashed tater consistency. Steamed Asparagus, (favorite veggie) and grilled shrimp with garlic and herbs...ooooh man that was good- I got them frozen, , and threw them on my George Foreman grill- I love this grill I use it every day.
