I have been approved!

I called the Ins Co. last week to see if they had a status on my pre-certification. They said that they had not received anything yet and I was not definite that Lois had submitted it. So, I called Dr. A's office today to see if it had been submitted. It was faxed on 10/7. I called the Ins. Co. and this girl found it and I was approved last Thursday! Once Dr. A's office gets the approval letter, Lois will call me and schedule the surgery. I am numb...and nervous I had put this on hold in my mind because of the wait for insurance...told myself to not stress about it. Now I need to get back to that happy place.... I go to Vegas 11/16 thru 11/21 and I want to have it that next week. Stacy said as long as Dr. A is around that week, I can have my pick of dates.... Celebrate tonight! Thanks for listening! Thanks..it did go quickly once the papers got it. My PCP had to write a letter of medical necessity and sent over 41 pages of documentation. LOL!. I hope to be onthe losers bench sitting proud and without pain! How is that for positive thinking! From one Nancy to another - Thank you! Nancy
