Hi Gangs I am so happy today is FRIDAY!!!!! I decided to jog yesterday for 3 miles because today will be lousy weather so I will take break tonight NO EXERCISE but will exercise on weekend. It will be another busy weekend for me. B- lower sugar quaker instant oatmeal apples cinnamon S Nectar protein drink and load of water L Chilli with cheese ceddar from Wendy d Cod with small salad S Simple smart milk and load of water Have a nice weekend! HI all... OK..I WILL go to the gym today. I forgot my workout clothes yesterday. B-melted cheese on low carb toast S-protein drink L-perdue low fat chicken-salsa and lite sour cream S-protein bar D-going to the mall with my daughter..will do a Subway salad w/Tuna Have a great day--I am hearing Saturday God is turning off the rain for a while...I can only hope! Joanie

If it continues to rain I am going to build an ark, I have enough animals to warrant one. Thought I'd share my day's menu B- 2 eggs- scrambled (farm fresh from my farm- high in omega 3's because they are free range) with Diet Pepsi- I will have to learn to drink this flat post op L Just got them from the mailman- Snickers Marathon Low Carb protein bar- OMG are they great!!! 160 cals, 3g net carbs, 14 g protein- and they taste awesome! Got them on Ebay- can't find them around here.yet more diet pepsi.... D- grilled chicken breast with red peppers and mushrooms and pineapple chipotle sauce (its only got a tiny bit of pineapple in it 25 cals per TBSP) and steamed snow peas- and what to drink? Anybody? yup diet pepsi- lime flavor is the bottle I am working over today. I like my diet pepsi. I used to drink a 2 liter bottle of non diet stuff a day- i gave that up about 6 months ago- and I lost 10 pounds just from that. I am down 20 pounds since starting South Beach around Labor Day. Only 14 count to Dr Aranow though since I saw him Sept 9th....but my ten for him are done. snack- low fat mozz cheese probably- need the dairy...

Hello all, Feeling so much better. I am still on the medicine, but throat not hurting like in the beginning of the week. Trying to get back on trac****ep going up and down on the scale its driving me out of my mind, I can't get out of the 220s. I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway lousy weather again, going to get my niece after work she is staying overnight. Hopefully tomorrow and Sunday will be nice out. Hope everyone has a great weekend. B: Coffee and splenda with milk S: rest of coffee L: Cheese and wheat thins S: Pria bar D: not sure S: not sure Lots of propel waters today, did some walking inside the building today, will try some workout tapes at home tonight and over the weekend too.
