Rain Rain GO AWAY--Joanie wants to WALK today!
I usually walk rain or shine...because there is one time in the day when the rain lets up-not the past few days. Its raw and cold--I am getting cabin fever. I have been doing the WATP Leslie Sansone Video for the past 2 nights. Tonight I am headed for the gym. I have a scratchy throat and think I am getting a cold. Can you say miserable?
B-hard boiled egg
S-protein drink
L-tuna salad on 1 slice of rye toast
S-apple
D-meatballs /salad

Hey Joanie
I jogged in the rain yesterday and took a hot shower right away when I got home. Yes It is cool than before and I am going to shop to buy warmer exercise outfit for jogging in the winter... YES!!! I am going keep jogging outside the whole year Me Crazy
but is preparing for 5K race this spring coming!
B low carb slim fast protein drink was rush this morning
S Nectar protein drink and load of water
L eggplant with mozz cheese
S protein bar and load of water
D Cod with green beans
S Simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
will exercise with exercise ball with my daughter tonight will do sit ups; arms and legs stuffs

I hear ya... it is just miserable. Kathy... what a WOMAN!! Jogging in the rain. Today, I am going to find a lull in the rain to take a walk around the block and a yoga tape.
B- 1/2 packet low sugar oatmeal, 1 sausage, coffee w/anyway protein
L - tuna fish w/salad
s - apple
D - don't know yet, probably salad, veggies and some sort of protein.

(*Pre-op but practicing*)
B - low sugar oatmeal (thanks for this idea, I needed something warm)
L - Tuna sandwich on light wheat bread w/ few LF wheat thins
S - LF coffee cake and cup of tea w/ splenda
D - Shrimp & rice bowl meal (one of those pre-made things) Great for protein, and very low fat.
**I have me 2nd and last appt with the nutritionist tomorrow, and I have lost more weight than I was asked to. My last appt was 3 weeks ago and I have a few lbs down from my last visit, and she told me to try to lost like 2-3 more in the next 3 wks till I see her again which is tomorrow. I have lost like 5 in 3 wks, so I am pretty satisfied with that and I know she will be too.**

I need to go to the gym but this weather has me down. All I want to do is go home and stay dry. But I know I will see the scale go up if I don't so I have to make it in today.
