This Week's Vitamin Sales
Since vitamins are so important to us, as I was going thru the ads today, I'd post who has what on sale. I did this last week and everyone seemed to appreciate it, so here we go......

CVS:
Nature's Bounty - buy 1 get 1 free.
CVS's own brand, all Calcium Supplements - Buy 1 get 1 free. This includes calcium citrate which is what we use. This is a good buy, they don't run this sale very often so now is the time to stock up.
Not a vitamin, Gold Emblem Candy .88 cents.
They have a good selection of sugar free items and I am hooked on their sugar free root beer barrels.
Nice thing about CVS is that their rainchecks have no limit and no expiration date. See my "beef" about Rite Aid below.
RITE AID:
Centrum vitamins, all types $9.99(uh, did'nt they have these on sale for $6.99 week before last?plus there was a $1 off coupon in the paper)
Rite Aid, their own brand all vitamins and supplements - buy 1, get 1 free.
They are also offering this week a $25 gift card for any new or transferred perscription. I've been "bouncing" perscriptions all over depending on who is offering this. Hey it pays for the vitamins!
Ok here is my complaint about Rite Aid. Last week they had Pure Protein Bars on sale for $1 each. These are the only brand that I use and I like to stock up. When I got to the store they only had 8 or 9 in only 1 flavor and no more. I asked for a raincheck and was told it was only good for 2 bars!
and the raincheck was good for only 30 days. Last month, CVS had these on sale for the same price and I got a raincheck with NO LIMIT AND NO EXPIRATION DATE!
WALGREENS:
Finast Natural, vitamins and supplements - buy 1 get 1 free.
Centrum Vitamins, $9.99
Walgreens Gold Seal, Single Letter vitamins - buy 1 get 1 free.
Not a vitamin, Jell-O sugar free 2/$1 with coupon from their ad. Limit 4.

I also use, "The Grocery Game" whi*****ludes Rite Aid and some other pharmacies in it's listings. The Grocery game is a pay service but it does save me quite a bit of money and I'm tracking 2 grocery stores & rite aid and it costs about 10 a mo. I save a considerable amount and only have to clip the coupons I actually need so it's a time saver as well.
