J's Food Log & Kathy 's Exercise Log WEDNESDAY
I'm having a hard time lately with grazing and eating later at night. Also, not drinking enough water. I'm focused on getting back on track today.
B - Balance protein bar
L - Green beans and cottage cheese
D - broccoli and some form of protein (maybe a piece of ham or tuna)
S - apple/protein bar
I walked this morning for 40 minutes with my daughter, and I'm going to work out on my break at work...30 minutes of eliptical and weights/abs and stretching.
Hope you all have a good day. Now, if I can just stay on TRACK!!

Hi all,
I am on vacation this week with the kids. Daycare provider is in Disney --- lucky ducks. I feel like a soggy duck with all this rain. When will the sun come back!! My poor Mom is up from Florida visiting. We wanted to try to go apple picking... hopefully this weekend. I hope it will be sunny on Sunday. We are planning a 40th b'day party for my husband. ha ha he finally is catching up to me. Anyhow here is my log for today.
B - S.Beach protein bar
s - Coffee w/AnyWhey protein powder
L - Lean Pocket meatball & cheese - heard these were good - 25g protein.... but BLECH!!! it was awful!!!!
D - pork roast from crock pot, green beans and salad.
s - apple, sf popcicles
Exercise - hoping to get a walk in later today, and some Yoga.

Still feeling alittle out of sorts. Trying to get my energy back. The antibiodic is working so far.
B: Atkins Vanilla Shake
S: rest of shake
L: Chicken Broth
some cheese sticks (2)
S: Zone bar
D: not sure yet
S: probably protein bar or cheese
Lots of Crystal Light Orange today. Taking a break on the propel. Not too much exercise today still feeling yukky and got my period on top of all of this. Man am I hurting today.
Hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful weather we are having. Row boat time. LOL
