More info on Barbara Thompson!

Hi All, Well I have very good news regarding Barbara Thompson's seminar. I called St Francis Hopital today and spoke with Public Relations dept. They tranferred me to another dept to register for the seminar. I explained to them that I had heard that it was only for Dr Barba's patients and by invitation only and the women I spoke to said that everyone was invited and she took my name and address and is sending me a registration packet in the mail. I asked her for her direct number so I could post it on this board for those who want to go, but forgot the number at work. I will try to post it tomorrow. For those who want to call right away you can call SFH at 860-714-4000 and ask for Public Relations. Tell them what you are interested in and they will transfer you to the appropriate dept. I hope a lot of you can make it and maybe we can get together after for a bite to eat and rehash what we heard. PS: The seminar is this Saturday October 15, 2005 from 1:30- 3:30 at SFH auditorium. Parking is on Atwood Street which is a lot reserved for those going to this seminar. Sandy

Hi Sandy, Thanks for the information. Based on your enthusiasm, it is clear that this must be a very significant seminar, but please forgive my ignorance; who is she, and what is the subject of her seminar? Unfortunately, I am unable to attend due to prior commitments. Is there someone who will attend the seminar and who can then do a condensed write-up of the seminar to share on this website? This is ONLY open to Dr. Barba patients. You will need your invitation to get in. I'm not sure who you spoke with in Public relations, but they are not the ones running it and they misspoke. Please make sure that if you are a Dr. Barba patient, that you bring your invitation. Jessica from Dr. Barba's office.
