Hello Everybody My weekend went very busy even though it was rainy weekend! Yesterday I jogged for 4 miles in the raining then came home to take a nice hot bath !!!! Today I will do weight lift for upper at work during lunch time. WE had a nice family picture and I could not believe how I look like and finally realized I am skinny Not use to hear that word! LOL I will mail to my WLS friends this family picture which it will on our Xmas card ! B apples cinnamon(quaker instant oatmeal ) NEW (lower sugar 50 percent less) I love it! s nectar protein drink and load of water L chicken with salad S protein bar and load of water D cod with green beans S load of water and simple smart milk Have a good workout! Hi all No exercise last night. I did some power shopping..lots of Columbus Day bargains. My daughter was not liking how I parked in the last space at each shopping center...but I needed some kind of exercise!! B-cheese melted on low carb bread S-protein bar L-Last week was national U/S week...and we had some bigwigs come from California..so my boss is buying lunch this week. She said she is ordering some kind of chicken dish for me! S-protein drink D-tuna salad over a green salad S-hard boiled egg XO Joanie

I have been such a bad girl lately. Lost 4 lbs over the weekend, gained 3 lbs back yesterday. The 3 cookies, piece of bread and no exercise can do that to me! Why do I do this to myself? B - Muffin top S - milk with banana whey that Mary M. gave me. Thanks girl! L - left over hamburger w/ wheat bun D - tuna burger w/ cheddar No exercise again today. I walked my tail off this weekend in NY but I really need to get into the gym. But I was so tired this morning, I forgot my gym clothes. Geez! I need to get back into my habit!

Good Morning everyone, Not doing so good today, went to the ER last night, I was having problems breathing. The doctor had given me a second antibiodic and I mixed it with my tylenol/codine and started having such awful pains in my chest I could not breathe. My throat and ears were hurting so bad I thought the medicine would help. Big mistake, the antibiodic was too strong for me and I got very sick from it. I am ok, I am home resting. The hospital gave me amoxicilin to replace the other. I have not been doing so good with my eating, too hard to swallow. Not much with the exercise either. I am so tired all the time. I hope to get over this quick, I hate feeling like this. B: Tea with splenda L: chicken broth D: chicken broth I will be drinking alot of fluids today, my crystal lights mostly. Hopefully tomorrow I will be my old self again. Have a great day everyone. Hugs KimC

Hey Kim, Thought something was up as you were saying your throat was bothering you last week . You just rest up and get in whatever fluids you can. You have plenty of time to catch up after your feeling better! B scrambled egg with slice of LF cheese S 1oz slim jim L small chef salad (greens, green onions,roasted peppers,hard boiled egg, shredded parmesan cheese, grape tomato's. S GNC Gran Slam Protien Shake (50 grams of protien) D Small chef salad. I made a big salad yesterday and packaged it up in zip lock bags.5oz's a bag. Worked out great as I,the wife and my son had pre made lunch today and since its pasta nite. I had the last salad as I don't do pasta well. Went to gym after drinking my Protien shake.Did make it easier! ( Thanks Kelly!} Got a good workout in. After making supper will get a bit of nordic trac in before bed. HELLO ALL!! I have been SOOOO busy during the day at work, that I haven't had a chance to log on and when I do, it is just to catch up, not to post. I have been so busy that I missed my 5 month anniversary last week! I didn't have a chance to celebrate with myself that I have lost 83 to date! It is still crazy to me!! Anyway, hope EVERYONE is well and think of you guys often! B: South Beach Cereal Bar L: Chicken Pot Pie S: Isopure 20 oz S: South Beach Replacement Bar D: Turkey and cheese on 1/2 piece of toast S: 8 oz Simply Smart milk I have been tracking my walking with a pedometer - I can't believe, in a normal day, I walk 3 to 4 miles within my office, not including the exercise I do. Hi all, just a reminder I am pre-op, but practicing...... B - 1c. Special K cereal w/ skim milk w/ a cut up banana in it. L - Tuna salad sandwich on light wheat bread. S - Cup of tea w/ Splenda and a LF Coffee Cake D - Chicken breast w/ Rice and a veggie. I love reading these, it gives me some ideas. Have a great day all! Bree
