South Beach puts out a good protein bar with 19 gms of protein and also there is a protein bar called pure protein you can buy both at wal mart. Cindy

another suggestion for you that might work are the south beach bars - yup and they have 19gms of protein. i can eat almost a whole bar so i will save the rest for another time. someone turned my on to the balance bars to that i like
