Well I am almost 7 months out and 4 lbs away from 100 lbs lost. I have noticed in the last few weeks the scale does not move so much. But my body is getting smaller. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have not had any complications aside from getting stomach sick a few times early on. I exercise 6/week for 30-60 minutes. Gym twice/week, powermix class twice/week, hike once/week and walk/jog the track once a week. I feel like because I mix it up, I do not get bored. I have 5 months to get to goal before my 1 year anniversary. I feel like I can do this if I stay on track but I hear this voice in my head warning of the plateau. And that could eat up as much as 3 months of this time. Gosh I hope it doesn't. Well I guess I have gone on and on for long enough. Even though I do not post often well ever, thanks to all who do post because I read every day all that is going on. Kelly 264/168/140 or 135 (we'll see)

Hey Kimmie, Thank you. I am trying to stay very positive. But I am a bit impatient about how slow it has become. 28 lbs seems so close and yet so far away! Kelly

Good Going Girl! You are right about heading into "Plateau" territory but fear not, it will pass. The important thing is not to obsess about weighing yourself. Better to keep track of how your clothes are fitting you. I have hit flat spots on my weight loss and still have to switch to smaller sizes . So just keep up the great work and all your rewards will come to pass. Be well, Julio

thanks so much. You look great by the way! I'm sure you feel great too!My obsession with the scale is very real. Although today I did not get on, well I did at home but then I didn't do the digital scale at work which is the one I go by. See how crazy those numbers make me! Well I can say that with a smile so it isn't that bad. Kelly
