Eating has been bad lately but I need to get track! B - muffin top - not the best start, I know S - yogurt L - left over ribs D - tuna burger Water, water, water, been slacking alot lately on that. Exercise today! I haven't been in the gym since Thursday, though I have been exercising in other ways. But since I will be busy this weekend I will not be able to get into the gym again until Sunday after tomorrow.

Good Morning all, Not feeling very well today, my head is spinning and my ears are clogged, and my throat hurts alittle. Not sure if its my allergies or I am coming down with something. I may go home later if the boss will let me. Everyone is out of the office today. B: Atkins vanilla shake S: rest of shake L: smart one meal S: not sure D: not sure S: not sure Lots of crystal light and propel waters. Not up to doing too much today, probably will go home and sleep. Hugs KimC

B - Coffee L - Tuna w/ 1 slice of low carb wheat breat S - Tuna D - Chilli from Wendys Water, Water - Walk for lunch... Did pretty good yesterday, will keep trying...

Hi Folks! Hope all are well. Kim, you may want to take a dose of Nyquil before you go to sleep to get ahead of whats starting up in you. B 2 poached eggs, well one poached egg and two whites. My beagle mooched the other yolk from me. S Had a GNC Gran Slam protien shake. 50 grams of protien L 2 oz's chicken breast in 1/2 cup of chicken broth D Looking like a Turkey kielbasa nite, Will have a small piece with some grilled Zuccinni No gym today went yesterday. I wonder if it's just me but it seems like its harder to get thru my workouts. Still do it but am quite the tired puppy when done. Hopefully I will adjust to the change of season soon. Julio~ Yum... egg yolks. How does the GNC Gran Slam protein shake taste? Always trying to find a new shake to mix it up a bit. My husband just bought IsoPure Zero Carb Mango/Peach Powder... Still have to try it. My nutritionist and a trainer I consulted both suggest that one have a SMALL snack within 30 mins of working out. That might help. Might you be able to have your shake or part of one then? Or perhaps 1/2 hr before? And I do agree... the season change does effect our energy some how. Be well. Tonight I have an appointment with the personal trainer. Hopefully we will do an eval to see what progress I've made. Then I will do the elliptical machine for about an hour. I started taking the train to work so I am getting close to an hour extra walking in each day I take the train. B protein shake s protein shake L nutrition bar D soup S nutrition bar a couple sugar free philly swirl bars if I need something extra Have a good day! Kelly
