Hi there! My weight loss is at an all time HAULT. I certainly know why too....I'm not monitoring what goes in my mouth closely enough. Back to Fit Day for me! B - low fat, high protein granola (1/4 cup) S - apple L - 1 cup of tuna salad (home made mixed with tomatoes and celery) S - s/f jello D - 1/2 wrap with 1 slice of turkey and 1/2 slice of swiss NO MORE SNACKING FOR ME AND NO MORE EATING AT NIGHT. It's killing me. And lots of WATER! I worked out all weekend, and today I work from 1-9 on my feet, so I won't work out per se today, but will tomorrow. Hope you all have a great day! Love, Tammy

I look forward to the day when this amount of food actually fills me up. Right now- losing weight for the surgery is getting toughter because I am FREAKING STARVING TO DEATH OVER HERE PEOPLE!!!! Okay now that I got that off my chest..... Paxil- is both my friend and my foe it seems. I have discovered (thru the power of the Internet and Dr. Wirth's validation ) that Paxil has encouraged my appetite drive and played a big role in the additional 50 pounds I put on in the last 3 years since I had my last baby. Can't go off the Paxil- tried that once- I wanted to kill everyone. So- not wanting to go on a wild shooting spree I went back on it. It helps me tremendously, and I hope that after the surgery Ican deal with the drive to eat better. (its definitely TUMMY HUNGER not head hunger- although I do have that too- that I am working on by replacing the snacking with other activities such as scrapbooking) Meanwhile I'll not post my food logs......

Hi Folks. Hope everyone is haveing a good day. B 1/2 cup kashi crunch cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk S cheese stick L 1/3 cup chicken salad over 1/3 cup string beans S 1 slice (about 2 inch by 3 inch oval) of fresh baked rye bread with slice of tomato and a few drops of oive oil. D Making Pasta and sauce for the family tonight. Still hard to tolerate the pasta so will shread a couple of ounces of chicken breast and pour sauce over that. No gym today, went yesterday. Lots of decaf iced tea . Hear what your saying about snacking Tammy. Wife came home with a BIG box of Dunkin Munchkin's friday nite. Had a couple and felt terrible so I just fed them to the wildlife in the back yard last nite. Felt better after that! Snacked on a Suger Free Ice Pop. The important thing is that we realize when we are slipping and get back on track on our own. Good Luck to all, and to all a good night! Julio

Hi Bernadette, Remember your taste will change after surgery so do not buy alot of stocks for protein drinks... To me I love nectar protein drink...There is no lumps in it! They have sell sample for different flavor for nectar protein drink. Here is website http://store.bariatriceating.com/syntraxnectar.html?D=050704 My favorite flavors are lemon tea, very cherry berry (taste like fruit punch), peaches and Roadside lemonade. Also I am using profect 3 0z for 25 protein and I do not like this kind of pudding but some people like this kind of pudding. Kathy K

Recently they had a free sample that they sent out to obesityhelp.com of the instone puddings. I had Chocolate. Not bad! And since it is think it was a rather filling snack. I but agree with Kathy K, don't go out and buy alot of anything. Tastes may change after surgery, yadda yadda yadda..
