Good Morning everyone,
Its an early morning for us today, we are heading up to the Big E, its the last weekend and I am so excited about going. Haven't been in a very long time.
Boy is it cold today, I hope it warms up alittle. Welcome Fall. I do love this time of the year.

L: Not sure yet, probably something simple at the fair

Lots of fluids today, trying to get rid of this stupid gas I have. Will be doing alot of walking this weekend. Today at the fair and tomorrow I am doing a walk in Milford.

Hi folks! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
B Kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk.
L 3oz's turkey meatloaf with small salad
S Cheese stick
D Roast chicken with mashed sweet potato
Up early to help out at friends bakery, was very cold this morning. Losing this weight really makes you feel colder. Doing lawn work today, blowing leaves and cutting grass. Winterizing the RV, sigh, another season over with.

L steak and some onion and green peppers
D Homemade meatballs with salads ( learned secrets from my mom who always bwats me from meatballs LOL)
S nectar protien drink
Jogging 4 miles with my dog one more mile to go I will make my goal for jogging 5 miles... Still working on it
