There is something to be said for running. Perhaps I should really call it slow, lumbering jogging, but you get the idea. Getting back to a physical state where I could run again and not be hospitalized for it has been one of my goals. Doing a quarter-mile lap is about all I want to risk right now, and let's just say that my belly is demontrating Newton's Laws in a spectacular way when I am doing it. I don't plan on quitting my job and runnning for 3 years (what he did in the movie), but it really does seem to clear the mind. It's a bit risky to clear the mind of a blonde, but what are you going to do.

Good for you Dave. Baby steps right? I know lots of WLSers that started off like you and now run marathons. At least you're out there trying. Pat yourself on the back and keep on going. Pretty soon you'll be doing a half mile and before you know it a mile. Run Dave Run. Maggie
