Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log Monday
I'm on a countdown to a mini goal, 225lbs! I've got 9 lbs left to go. So I have to be really good and eat the right things.
B - South Beach bar
L - small salad (tuna, beans, eggs)
S - handful of trail mix
D - after support meeting, probably white chicken chilli
I will be on a short exercise routine today, only about 30 minutes. But both Saturday and Sunday I walked over 3 miles so I don't feel too bad about it.

Good Morning Everyone:
Its a yukky day outside today. It looks like rain today. What a difference from the beautiful weekend we just had.
B: Coffee with splenda
S: protein bar
L: Lean Cuisine
S: rest of protein bar
D: not sure yet
S: probably sf icecream
Won't be walking today, yukky day, will do some walking around the inside of the building. Tonight will do usual exercise tapes with Erin.

B One of those "Atkin's" sunrise bars we got in our goodie bags on saturday.
L 3oz's tuna salad with 6 seeded grape tomato's
S GNC Mega Whey protien bar
D Making Chicken parm for the family. I'm stuffed with that protien bar, so will just have a little salad.
Went to gym yesterday so will just do a bit of excersize bike tonight.

This may sound funny since I am still pre-op....but the nutritionist said to get used to the band diet, so I have been trying to....
B - 1c. life cereal w/ 1c. milk
L - sliced chicken breats on light wheat bread
S - 4 oz light cottage cheese
D - grilled chicken salad
S - SF tapioca
Feel free to make any suggestions, if anyone has any.
FYI - I only eat chicken and fish for meats, and I am lactost sensitive.
