Good Morning everyone! Had to get up at 4am to bring my brother to the airport this morning so, for once I have time in the morning and thought I'd post Food & exercise logs. B- Mozz cheese & 1/2 banana, coffee w/protein powder L- Gr. Beef w/tom sauce and parm cheese s - S.Beach diet bar D - Don't know yet concentrating more on drinking water... haven't been doing too well with that lately. taking a walk tonight around the neighborhood. And of course some more unpacking which i am finding to be great exercise. lifting and moving boxes... several trips up and down stairs. okay... i am trying to make it sound like fun and it isn't working.... ugh. terri, who doesn't think she will ever be settled in to the new house

Hi Terri Nice to see you on the log! I walked twice yesterday for a total of six miles!! Now if I could curtail my eating--maybe I could actually lose more weight!! B-rye toast w/melted cheese S-cottage cheese L-turkey and lofat cheese rollups D-no clue..its Friday! see everyone at the walk tomorrow~ Joanie

Hey Terri, Thank you for putting our food/ exercise log WINK! Don't forget to email to make the date to meet for coffee to chat Today is my daughter's birthday! She is 8 years old now! We will have small birthday party from our family tonight. I am looking forward to go Walk for Obesity with WLS Family there tomorrow morning! thank god for a beautiful sunny day!!!! B 1 slice rye toast with slice of ham and cheese S protien bar and nectar protein drink L Have not decide yet S some cashew nuts and load of water D Have not decide yet Bad food plan for me today!!! Good morning! B - sausage & 1/2 pancake S - 1/2 protein bar L - Tuna, shrimp & seafood salad S - 1/2 protein bar D - pork dumplings w/o the pasta (I just eat the filling) I would love to go to the walk but w/o a car it is impossible. But I hope the weather holds up and that you guys have a great time!

Hey Terri..nice to see you again. Well, we just got back from a few days on Nantucket..did alot of walking but not so much drinking..only a few restrooms around.. Today I am having: B: coffee with FF 1/2 and 1/2 oatmeal with skim milk S: isopure (1/2 bottle) L: cottage cheese and 6 triscuits S: isopure(1/2 bottle) D: chicken(3-4oz) salad and acorn squash WATER..WATER..WATER!!! and some time on the eliptical!! have a good day Everyone!! Good Morning everyone: I went to a wonderful support group last night at St Raphaels that Carla M. from the site is doing every fourth Thursday of the month, its everyone that has been out a year or more. Anyone interested should contact Carla on her email. Alot of great people attend and its very informal but great information. Thanks so much Carla if you see this!!!! Its a beautiful day again today. Can't wait to get out, I am leaving early today have comp time from working the fair last weekend. I am going to get supplies for tomorrow for me and Erin, then we are babysitting my cousin's five kids. Then a dem party tonight at a friends. Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow at the walk, its suppose to be a really beautiful day. B: Atkins Chocolate shake S: rest of shake L: not sure yet S: protein bar D: not sure yet S: rest of protein bar Lots of propel today. Will be walking in the afternoon while I am shopping.
