OT - Prayers Please

Hello... I was hoping for some prayers for my gramma...she is in the ICU due to dehyradation, low blood pressure and kidney failure..she is 81 yrs old and has been in great health until last year when she suffered a stroke. i am blessed to say she says she is pain free, but i just hope she does not suffer. the drs say the next 24 hours are critical.. she is a dnr (do not resistate) so i just pray that she makes it out ok, or the G-d calls her home. so please include gramma corrine in your prayers.... and depending on how she is, will decide if i will be at mondays meeting or not.. thanks for your anticipated prayers.. dawn

Hey Dawn, I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I will light a candle for her at church and she is in my thoughts and prayers sweetie. I know what your going through. I just lost my nonny a couple of months ago, she was 93 years old and had series of strokes, dehydration and pnemonia too. Its rough but they lived a very long life and we are blessed to have them as long as we do. You be strong and just take it as it comes, she would want you to be happy, I know my nonny suffered enough and it was her time to be with her husband and she is now my guardian angel. My love to you and your family and I hope she comes out of this ok. Take care and if you ever need a shoulder just contact me anytime. Hugs KimC
