OK...someone tie my hands at night so I can't eat!! This night-time eating has risen to new levels and its driving me crazy. I am not hungry...its the head hunger--last night I tried to keep my hands busy by staying on the computer and playing games. It helped--but as soon as I got off...it was me and the 'frig again! One year ago--I had no doubt that these habits were GONE...now they are creeping back in my life again. I have gone thru phases where I can control it for a few months..then its back again... I am perfect during the day...eating what I should-getting in my protein...I exercise 6 out of 7 days a week...why would I sabotage myself like this? OK..I am bound and determined to beat this!! I am walking this morning with my friend...3 miles and then I am going to the gym after work... B-melted cheese on rye toast S-cottage cheese L-turkey over a small salad D-meatloaf and vegies S-ONE planned snack...at 7pm...my protein bar...I will be good tonight... :thumbsup" Joanie

Good Morning! B - sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit (without the biscuit) S - 1/2 protein bar L - seafood hybrid (mixture of tuna salad, seafood salad & shrimp salad) S - rest of protein bar D - 3 oz Chicken patty Did better eating yesterday, only 1 cookie, which is actually good sadly. I've been snacking like its going out of style and I'm only 5 months out! I tend to get caught at work, people keep bringing in sweets! Darn their kind, giving hearts! Off to the gym today, yesterday I did 30 minutes on the stairstepper on the high level, which is the most I have ever done. I will try it again and hopefully get some weights in there also. I need it, I'm a sack of skin!

Hey Joanie TOO Bad I am not your roommate and I can help you with your weakness area at nights!!!!!!!!! I will go on jogging 3 miles with my dog tonight after work. Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday!!!! She will be 8 years old!!! I finished to make cupcakes last night for her classmates at school and will bring cupcakes today after work to school. B Cottage Cheese with rasberries S Nectar protien drink and load of water L egg plant stuff with mozz cheese S Protien bar and load of water D boneless chicken with salsa and mozz cheese and small salad S Nectar protein drink and simple smart milk and load of water Have a nice day!!!
