J's Food Log & K's exercise Log WEDNESDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
my daughter was proud to show me to her classroom, her books, her teacher and things around in her classroom. Some people did not know it was me when I walked in the hall until they heard my voice. They came to me and said oh my god you look new person and looks fantastic!! I am proud of myself for working hard in exercise and eating right foods but sometime it is hard for me to see myself in the mirror as new person. I know it will take time!
I am baking cupcakes tonight for my daugther s school for her birthday party this Friday which is her birthday! I will drop off cupcakes to her school on Thursday after school because I will be at working very early in the morning on Friday.
B- cold chicken
s protein bar and load of fluid
L wendy chili with ceddar cheese
S nectar protein drink and water
D turkey meatloaf with green bean
S Simple smart milk and propel water to drink
Will skip exercise tonight and will jogging tomrorow for three miles with my dog
Counting the day until Walk for Obesity!!!

Good Morning Kathy and All
I didn't exercise last night. Plans last night changed..so I dodn't get a chance. Had dinner with my son--got to take the time to connect with my 17 yr old...since he is working-involved in soccer and going to school. Tonight I plan to walk.
B-meltec cheese on rye
S-1/3 cup Cottage cheese
L-perdue lo fat chicken and a small salad
D-meatloaf
S-protein bar

Haven't been posting b/c I have been eating horribly! Lots of carbs. But I have gained a pound so I am determined to get back on track.
B - 6 oz yogurt
S - 1/2 protein bar
L - small salad - tuna, beans, eggs
S - rest of protein bar
D - tuna & avacado salad
40 minutes on the treadmill today, did the same yesterday. The other thing I need to work on liquids. I've been very low (like 30 ozs on average) so I am hoping to make it to 48 ozs today.

L - Chilli w/ cheese from wendys

Walk with Leslie this morning in my house for a mile. And will do it again when I get home. I decided that my schedule is crazy and I need to make sure I exercise so I will get up 1/2 hour early and go to bed 1/2 hour later. My scale has been going from 192 - 195, and today I was 192. I will keep trying to get these 22 pounds off.

Hey everyone:
Its such a beautiful day today. The sun is shining and its cool out for once. I went for a very nice walk today at my office. Everyone was out enjoying the day.
B: Atkins Chocolate Shake
S: Achiev Coffee Drink (Vanilla Nut)
L: Turkey salad wrap with cranberries, lettuce, tomato and walnuts
just a quarter of it, too big to eat the whole thing.
S: none too full
D: Probably some chicken broth
S: philly swirl
Lots of walking tonight, it will be a beautiful evening to walk with Erin. Have a meeting at her school, parent child seminar on talking from 5 to 8pm, that should be interesting.
Well three more days until the walk, can't wait to see everyone. Hope we have a great day for it.

Hi all,
I had my 1 year followup with Elina, strangely enough on my 1 year anniversary. I found that I am on the low-normal side of protein intake so I guess i have to step it up a little.
B-2 oz mozz cheese,1/2 banana
Coffee w/AnyWhey protein powder
L - 1/2 asian sesame salad w/1/2 chix sandwich, minus 1/2 of the bread
s - GenISoy barbeque snacks
Dinner - ground beef and sauce w/ 1/4c. pasta
s - sf popcicle
exercise --- more unpacking and walking up and down the stairs a gazillion times. ugh...
