Early Post-Op Support Group/ 9-21 @ 6p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. we will be having our monthly early post-op support group meeting in Perkins Auditorium of Norwalk Hospital. 
These meetings, which are free and open to public, address the many nutritional, emotional and physical questions confronting post-ops who are out less than 6 months. 
Featured speaker will be Dr. Ralph Crum along with several long-term post-op patients who will share their insights, successes and struggles. The meeting will start with a nutritional quiz to help us in choosing the best possible sources of protein. At the conclusion of the meeting, we will be having a tasting of various protein drinks.
