Whey Protein Shake from GNC???

The Whey Protein Shakes from GNC, their own brand, is that one of the acceptable protein shakes to use post-op? What do you use and where do you get it? Thank you for your help. Chrissy

Hey stranger, I use Designer Whey from GNC. If I dont want to drink it, I put 1 scoop into a vanilla yogurt and its great.

You can get GNC Whey Protien from any GNC store. If you go to GNC.com the have a store locator. I mix it with skim milk in my blender for a yummy shake. It doesn't mix as well by hand as the isopure powders but it's less expensive . GNC has a sale the first 7 days of the month and thats when I stock up on my protien powder as well as my liquid b-12.
