I am so close!!!!!!!
Hi WLS family!!!
I had my Stress Test today finally!!!!!! And thats it, I am all done AND now my file can be sent to Dr.Barba!!!!! I cant wait for your phone call Jessica!!!
The people in the Hoffman Heart Center at St. Francis were SOOO nice!!!!
I am sooo excited!!!!! I feel like its really happening now!!!
Now that its getting so close, Im getting the "are you sure you really need this" speal.......YES I REALLY NEED THIS!!!! I am morbidly OBESE!!!
No one is going to burst my bubble, I have been waiting for 5 months and doing tons and tons of research, and know EXACTLY what I am doing. I just cant wait to feel GOOD again, about myself and just in general. I do not like going out in public and pretty much hid all summer, but Jacob started preschool yesterday and I was the Mommy helper, and I couldnt find ANYTHING to wear, and of course it was as hot as wearing a tight bandsuit yesterday!!!!! (for all of you who have marched in parades in a bandsuit.....running joke in my family
)
Anyway I just felt so embrassed trying to sit in the little kids chairs, and getting up and down off the floor.....................ugh, and to think 5 years ago at 200 lbs I could do those things.....My body has just gone down hill....quickly.................
BUT THERE IS HOPE FOR ME, and it is coming quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not want to be the "fat mommy" does anyone understand what I mean? Kids can be so cruel, and I do not want anyone to say to Jacob "your mommys fat"....ugh depressing thought.........moving on..............
Sorry for rambling, Im just sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited
hmmmm can ya tell? hehehe
Thanks for reading this and for always being there WLS Family, I am excited for the walk next weekend, and meeting some of you in person!!!!! I am going give MaryJo a huge hug!!!!! Not that huge, I promise
Enjoy your Thursday Evening Everyone!!!
Love,Bethany

Hi Bethany,
I understand about everything you've just mentioned...even the sweaty tight band uniform!!! I was a band geek! Way back in the day!
I too understand about being the "fat" mommy. I will be 42 in three weeks and my kids are 7 & 5. I've always been a "helper" too and found it increasingly hard to get on the floor, get up off of it, etc. I can't wait to be able to start going into their classrooms and sit on the little chairs and only have "some" butt hanging off not have to (in reality) sit on two chairs!
I'm glad that you're tests are done and are waiting for a date. I found this time to be the most grueling because my file needed some missing reports, I didn't hear, etc, etc. THen, finally this week I heard and I'm all a go and in two days have completed everything I've been waiting for!
Best of luck!
paula
