Stomach Shape Help

Is it common for your stomach to be one shape and then the next week look completely different. It seems as if my bottom pouch is getting all of the weight and I am starting to get love handles that I never had before. I like to call it my stomach settling into different shapes? Has this happened to anyone else or just me? Is there anything else I can do about it. I have started to do crunches and what not. Toya

Hi Toya, My tummy definitly started changing shapes, The lower sides have hollowed out and I now can feel my ribs and sternum. Its Just "Gravity" at work right now, So there will be changes for sure. Good Luck and keep up good work. You look great! Julio
