J/K Food and Exercise Log
Good Morning everyone:
I thought I would help Joanie and Kathy out by starting our log for Friday. I hope everyone had a wonderful week and I hope you all have a great weekend too. Its suppose to be beautiful all weekend.
B: Coffee with splenda
S: power crunch vanilla bar (protein bar)
L: Lean Cuisine meatloaf and mashed potato meal
S: none
D: probably something at the festival
S: none
We are going to the Norwalk Oyster Festival tonight so will be doing alot of walking. Will do my walk on the track today at work too at lunch time.
Lots of propel water today, probably one of my coffee drinks in the afternoon.

Morning All!
I have been a little MIA this week - computer at home was down and was too busy at work to log on! Hope everyone is well. It has been a bad food week here at work with two birthdays and one baby shower. It isn't the quantity of food that I was worried about, but the quality of the food. I have a little stall going on but I am going to jump start it today!

Hi Everybody,
B Took a few leftover tater tots and and broke them up in a small pan with a dab of butter in it, added some green onion , let cook for a couple of minutes, then broke an egg over that, a few drops of water and cook covered. Was yummy!
L Sliced up turkey dog with 3 tablespoons of baby peas
D Will make open hot turkey sandwiches, and finish up the pasta salad I made earlier in the week.
Busy day at work. Lots of heavy lifting so will just get a walk in after supper. Have a Great Night Everybody!
