Now what??

I lost my 12 lbs, did my tests and do i just wait, or call Dr A's office to have them run my insurance? any suggestions? thanks!!

hey dawn congrats on the loss thats great. as you know we have diff dr's but i would call and let someone know you have lost the weight and just ask them the next steps! what could it hurt right? good luck talk to you soon becky

I would call the office and talk with Lois - see what she says to do next. I had to stay on top of them myself during my process. Congrats! Tammy

Hi Dawn, Call and either speak to Stacy or Lois. Ask them to track down your file and see where it's at. If they don't have all of the reports, your file will sit on Dr A's des****il they all come in. After all the reports are in, Dr A will go through your file and "sign off on it" then give it to Lois to set up your date and get ins approval. It's good to just call in from time to time just to let them know you're checking the status. I'm in this waiting process right now. Kind of like a holding pattern. All of my reports are in, and I'm waiting for Dr A to get some time to get to my file, review the tests and sign off on it so that Lois can get her end done. Grrrrrr....waiting is the hardest part sometimes. Paula
